The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is situated in a busy area close to shopping places. guests can enjoy a unique experience next to the restaurant, where they can relax on a swing right over a stream.
The beach at the hotel is disappointing, as it is artificial and filled with rocks, making it unsuitable for swimming.

Cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and kayaks, were great. Convenient location, close to shopping and dining options. Friendly staff provided us with excellent service.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this resort and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of options. The location was excellent, as it was close to a beautiful waterfall and a traditional Thai boat tour, which we enjoyed. We also loved the peaceful, quiet environment that this resort provided, it truly felt like an escape from the busyness of everyday life.
We were expecting easy access to the sea, but the beach was shallow and not suitable for swimming. the service was lacking, as the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our needs and questions.

Spent Xmas at a new hotel on a Thai island. the location was amazing , tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to do activities. Really enjoyed the nearby waterfall and the traditional Thai boat ride. the hotel was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was a highlight. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and had a good variety of options. Loved the fact that they had free Wi, Fi throughout the hotel and a shuttle service to nearby attractions.
It seemed like the hotel was not yet fully finished as there were still some construction materials around. the beach was a bit disappointing as it was man, made and rather small, but the mangrove scenery made up for it.
